I found C&E company through a friend's recommendation. It's the first time for me to cooperate with C&E. I didn't expect that the claim process was so fast, and the product sales was quickly restored by Amazon. Different from the regular claim process of service providers, they have a professional local lawyer team to follow up, which should be the reason for the quick solution.
On July 6, a customer's product was removed from the shelf by his peer with his own EU appearance patent. The peer company complained to Amazon site in Germany, Spain and Italy through a fake company mailbox and the customer was punished. The customer had submitted evidence for many times, but the claim was fruitless. After our lawyer team inspected and verified the customer's identity and EU appearance patent certificate, we formulated a detailed claim process. On July 8, we sent a lawyer's letter to the legal department at Amazon's German site. During this period, Amazon had repeatedly failed to reply within the time limit, and our lawyer had repeatedly reminded Amazon and followed up the case, and emphasized Amazon the customer's economic losses and possible measures taken.

Amazon is a zone with high incidence of infringement. It is inevitable to encounter various problems in operation, and it is common to be maliciously competitive by peers. Thank to C&E for helping us recover sales link and avoid unnecessary economic losses. We will continue to recommend them to my peer friends.
On October 17, a customer's product was removed from the shelf by Amazon's German site because it did not meet the requirements of German electronic products law (such as, there was no WEEE filing on the EAR platform; there was no manufacturer and European authorized representative information on the product and packaging; there was no trash can recycling mark and CE mark on the product and packaging; in Amazon seller's front end and on the invoice did not write WEEE number, etc.). The customer has tried to claim for many times but failed. I was recommended by the seller group. I didn't know the requirements of the German site for electronic products before putting the products on the shelves. After problems occured, I failed to claim for many times. I really thank the C&E team for guiding us with our products planning, so that the products could be resumed so quickly and smoothly. I suggest everyone find a professional team for compliance and avoid stepping on the pit in the future.
On October 30, the customer's products on Amazon's German and UK sites were removed from the shelves because the description of the product contained illegal descriptions, which in fact directly included 'iphone12'. The customer's claim was fruitless. Later, the customer contacted us.
